I have recently cracked the screen of my M700 so I went online and brought a replacement. I am wondering if someone with experience replacing screens could tell me if this is a difficult job I should not bother attempting or if it is fairly straight forward.

That's one expensive dummy!

@Terminal, why don't you do it under warranty?

Failing that you could download the zip file from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311463

It's a nice guide for dismantling the Trinity in pdf format

Is that expensive? I was quoted £130 odd quid by Orange. Also I didn't think that me smashing my screen would be covered by warranty. Is it?

Thanks for the guide, very helpful.

I used to work for Orange, they won't even look at a cracked screen, a damaged screen is user damage.
