Windows Mobile Device Center ( WMDC ) doesn't open

Hi all:

I am currently running Vista Ultimate with WMDC 6.1. Starting sometime today, WMDC doesn't want to open. I've tried the uninstall/reinstall, and I've tried using both the USB cable and a bluetooth connection.

I'm running on a Motorola Q, but I think this is more WMDC than the mobile device.

Any ideas?

This is what's in Event Viewer when WMDC tries to start:

The Windows Mobile-based device connectivity service terminated with service-specific error 2147942405 (0x80070005).
