Problem with qtek 8310 keypad and screen

Just a while ago i was opening up my qtek 8310 to clean the inside as it had alot of dust inside, this was my first time opening it up, the keypad is attached with some sort of wire (im not very smart with wires and the names) the wire has snapped :)... then i moved the screen to see what was the problem, the screen come of aswell and when i try putting the screen back on it back just shows a blank display?? how do i fix these problems... please help its urgent!!!

so its for sure the wire snapped? not just came out of it's socket? well on ebay you can buy some replacement wires. i know what ur talkin about. those flat ones right?

yeah, i was looking at new keypad.. but what do you suggest.. because i was thinking of replacing the screen and keypad with new ones
