Overheating 8020

Don't know if anyone can help here, but my Qtek 8020 has started to overheat even without running any apps. its also starting to eat a full battery in just over an hour and a half!!!! :)

Don't know if this means its really dying or not, was hoping someone might be adle to shed some light on a possible cause.

Just a quick update, its draining the battery even when its switched off, looks like a short somewhere, is there any known way to fix this??
