No RECEPTION with Dopod S300!!!! plz help!!

I have a serious problem!!

i've done the hard reset to my Dopod S300 but now i cant find any cellular network or any reception with my phone!!!

when im searching for any network it keep telling with this error msg that "you need to verify your network coverage"!

but before the hard reset everything was just fine!!

plz if some1 can help me or have any advice!!! thanks alot!!!!
