I have come upon two problems while using my HTC S710 QWERTY keyboard.

#1 When running software which got a manual landscape mode (ex in Crimson Fields and BoXy you change screenmode in a menu), the qwerty doesnt change its orientation. This makes it damn hard to use the arrow keys and fully use the qwerty. Is there a fix for this or some way to change the orientation of the qwerty manually? This is a arrowkey issue.

#2 Also, when running Crimson Fields on the S710 there are some predefined shortcut keys in the menus. For example the "X" is bound to "eXit". In theory this should work fine, but when I flip out the qwerty to access the "X", it instead register the numerical value of the key and not the letter assigned to it.

Is there some way to override the numerical part of the qwerty?
