Ever replaced / had replaced the LCD in a Trinity?

...so it looks like I need to either get the LCD repaired by HTC Europe, or replace it myself.

Has anyone had this done by HTC, or done it themselves? Costs? Difficulty? Sending the device back to O is not an option in this instance, as it was purchased offline.
