Can I change the Unlock Screen background?

So I have the VOX on vodafone in the UK and I use the auto keyboard lock feature.

I also display the time on this screen as I dont carry a wrist watch.

So the background image to this screen has a large red "i" which makes it very dificult to read the time.

Anyone know how to change this image?
