Newest Version of Ruttensoft homescreen designer 3.0 Information!!!!!!!!!!

I just got word from Sven Rutten (Ruttensoft Owner) that they are going to realease a new version of Homescreen Designer in about 2 weeks. He says there will be alot of new plug-ins and also possible compatible with windows vista and for shure compatible with windows mobile 6.

Since we are in the Ruttensoft HomeScreen Topic,

anybody know how i can open mine?

everytime i open it an error pops up saying
