Bluetooth Headset Pairing

HI,

Is anyone else having problems using an A2DP Bluetooth headset (I'm using an HTC S100 with an O2 Graphite)?

Initially, when I first pair the headset to the phone it works fine, it activates the voice dialling and works with calls. However, if I turn the headset off, then on again, once it has re established the connection with the phone, it no longer activates voice dialling and does not work with calls.

To get it to work I have to delete the device and pair it again. <_<

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
