Touch Hard reset

My touch turned up today and I have decided its going back I can't live without the 3G connection so I had to read the manual on how to hard reset. Page 180 told me to hold the talk and hang up buttons, poke the reset and keep the 2 buttons pressed while it comes back on then follow the instructions on screen.

I had been playing all day with the thing and its too slow opening apps even displaying the contacts list, I found the screen unresponsive and I thought the lack of keyboard wouldnt be a problem as the M1000 and M500 I had in the past were great but the M3100 is brilliant. If the screen had been as good as the ones on the older phones then it would have been passable but that and the lack of 3G its no good for me.
