MS Voice Command incoming call announcements

Ive had a quick search, and any associated posts seem to be with the use of bluetooth/headsets...

I just want audible announcements of incoming calls over the speaeker... I have checked VC settings, and all are enabled, including Announce Incoming Calls, and Announcemnts Through Device Speaker... yet still, the phone just rings when I get a call from someone in my contacts lists.... I understood it was meant to say the name of the caller, providing of course, they were a contact in the phone...

Am I missing something...???

I have an unlcoked M3100, with official WM6 ROM: 3.54.707.3 and 1.47 Radio
