Use PPC as Mobile Phone

I have a iPaq Pocket PC H5500 and i want to use it as a mobile phone as well as a pocket pc.

But i cant find software for this anywhere :)

it has a SIM card holder but no software on it for using it. Does anyone know where i can get this from?

Also i have a problem with ActiveSync when i connect my device it connects then disconnects :P and i cant work on it ;) i have checked all my settings on host and device and all are to the correct settings but it does not work :D

You sure it has a sim card slot? Isnt that the SD card slot?

the sim card fits right in snuggly. Its underneath the battery!
