Upgrade vodafone v1240 / qtek 8310

I've been really impressed with my vodafone v1240, lovely design and works well once started up but its time to upgrade. I don't want an all singing all dancing mobile but the features of the 1240 (particularly wifi and activesync) would be wonderful. Where do I go from here? Any ideas please?

Mine's due soon and I'm going for the v1415.
