SD Card not working or what?

Well, all my data on my SD card seems to bee disapeared, at least I cant see it exploring via activsync or thrue the file explorer. But heres the best part, when I check task manager>system info ir shows that I have 1,4 Gb used (SKTools shows also that there IS data) Well, I tried to format the card with SkTools, but it wont let me, also the empty option doesnt seem to work.. So, any ideas how to get my 1,4 Gb back?!
