settings application path?

apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, i did try searching first but couldn't find anything relavent...

so...

basically i want to invoke the 'settings' screen (as found under 'programs' on the start menu) from a launcher shortcut NOT the start menu...

any ideas what the path is? :P

edit:

and yes, i've tried the shortcut method for individual control panel items but without specifying any particular one (ie ctlpnl.exe cplmain.cpl etc etc) but to no avail... :)
