UK / Europe proxy servers

Hey guys,

I'm going to be in the US for a while and I know from previous experience many of the websites I normally use (SBK, MotoGP, MCN) will not even load let alone provide a live race feed into the States (its in the small print).

Is there any way I can use a European proxy to con the site into thinking I'm in the UK?

I will need an idiots guide to setting it up too (not so bright...:) )

Any budding webmasters out there who can give me a leg-up would have my eternal thanks...
