Facing Problem with Imate Sp5m Help required

hey guys,

Im waqas from pakistan, im new to this forum as i just joined to see if i can get any help here as i see alot of genuises here

well im facing a problem with my imate sp5m that applications what ever i open disappear automatically after 5 seconds and secondly when ever i restart my phone it gives a blue green red display saying tornado something

let me paste it

i dont know how to get it removed as when i try to clear the storage it shows up and then i have to restart my phone again

please if you guys can help me then help me out reply here or reply me at [email protected]

it will be a great great favour as it is causing alot of irritation and i really dont want to sale this phone.

hi waqas i also faced this problem few months back.. All it took was a hard reset to solve it for me..

DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK... N FIRST BACKUP IMPORTANT DATA.

To Hard Reset (Backup important stuffs!)

Power Off Phone then Press the 2 softkeys and Hold then press the Power Button, release right away the Power Button while the backlight is not lit yet, then just continue holding the 2 softkeys and it will ask you the hard reset confirmation..if it still continued to boot, you might had a bad timing.

Go to Settings, Homescreen and set Timeout to Never.
