Backup my C600 using Sprite Backup

I am trying to make my C600 backup. But somethings go wrong. I use Sprite, click to make backup, phone restarts, sprite starting to make backup, but after a while , about 3-4 second i see - Operation Failed. Phone starts again and I see a error like this: Backup failed: Databases could not be backen up..., Error: Reboot actions not completed. How can I fix this?
