Guest Verycleaver Posted August 7, 2007 Report Posted August 7, 2007 Following a strange accidental hard reset of my MPX220, I am rebuilding my contacts list. As a precaution, I would like to copy them to my miniSD card. Is this possible? Is there a way to use File Manager and copy them directly over? (As an added bother, my PC connection port became non-functional some time ago, so I can't link with a PC.) Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks.
Guest chucky.egg Posted August 8, 2007 Report Posted August 8, 2007 Hmm, no way that I know of I do have some code for Outlook which can export your contacts as VCF files, which could then be held on the memory card. The export is one click, but to re-import them you have to open each one. Of course, that'll only work if your contacts are still in your PC...

In the past I've used apps like Jeyo Mobile Companion to make backup copies of contacts, text messages, etc. to my PC -- but with the computer port on the fritz, that's just not an option. Anyway -- thanks for the advice.
