ActiveSync Exchange 2003 SP2 Issues

I've just got a new M3100 and put the Official WM6 HTC ROM on it. I've got a problem syncing with my Exchange Server (2k3, SP2) in that I do not receive all of the items that are specified in the settings.

For example, my calendar on my device is empty, even though the exchange one has appointments, and ActiveSync is set to sync all future appointments and the last 6 months with Exchange. I am also missing a few contacts from my list.

Does anyone have any ideas why this isn't working?

This would be something to contact your Exchange Server Provider about.

The Exchange Server is my own at home :) Any ideas what I need to do?
