Send/recive files via messenger

HI,

I have read some topics here some offering great indepth reviews of messenger programs for the smartphone but have yet to see one that allows sending/recieving of files over messenger (apart from pics)

Is there such a messenger program available, that also allows VOIP and works on the vox
