Changing startmenu icons

Hi there. i installed this iphone homescreen skin

on my device and i would like the start menu to match the homescreen. at the current moment it looks like this:

and then i was wondering if its possible to replace the the icons, and perhabs change the background color?

i changed my backroung image of the startmenu ... you can do this here:

HKEY_LOKAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:MSStart\

Change the value of "BKBitmpFile" to what you want ... e.g. \windows\MyBG.bmp

Look around the keys under Rai ... there you can do more customizing
