storage memory scanner

For the pc I use TreeSize, a very convenient little disk and file scanning programme that scans any system storage space and shows how many bites are stored in different folders. With that it is easy to find files to remove to free up storage space.

Is there something similar for smartphones? Or does someone have tips or tricks how to find out quickly and easily what is stored on the device to see what can be removed?

I used to have a tool called WIMR.. (Where Is My RAM)

Small, fast, simple and effective..

If it would also work on smartphones it would be exactly what I am looking for! Hopefully someone will adapt it...
