anyone know how to app unlock a HTC tornado (I-mate sp5) ?

when i try the reg edit, i don;t have any keys under HKLM\security\policies\policies

You must have a signed reg editor to see those values. Best option is free PHM Regeditor for smartphones..

You just have to follow this method :

Using a registry editor, like RegeditSTG, modifiy the following entries:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies000 1001 = 2

Change the value data from 2 to 1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies000 1005 = 16

Change the value data from 16 to 40

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies000 1017 = 128

Change the value data from 128 to 144

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Security\Policies\Policies

Add new value "0000101b": Dword = 1

After this, close the reg edit application using task manager, and reboot you phone.
