c600 Homescreen help

Some while ago my custom homescreens stopt working properly. The problem is that the icon bar on top won't change with the homescreen image, instead the image is placed underneath it and the bar just goes white. Now I've already gave my divice a hard reset but that didn't resove the problem.

The homescreens are fine cause they worked before.

I hope someone knows how to resolve this, cause I really likes customizing my homescreen.
