how do i load this onto my phone , some one please help

If you are referring to the tgetfile from this link

...then the 'setup.exe' inside that ZIP archive should be run on the PC whilst Smartphone is docked. It would install the corresponding CAB (tgetfile.spvarm.CAB) onto your device. You may also transfer the CAB to a folder on your phone then run it from there (ie \Temp or \Storage\windows\Start Menu)
