Guest tdcemanuel Posted August 18, 2007 Report Posted August 18, 2007 (edited) I've been using the PicoDrive 0.52 (Sega Genesis) for the T-Mobile Dash. Theres a perfect framerate when sound is disabled, but when sound is enabled there is a noticable slow down. Any Fixes for this problem? System Information: ROM Version: 1.22.531.4 (The latest Update from T-Mobile, I'm assuming Windows Mobile 6) RAM: 64Mb FLASH: 128Mb Speed: 201 MHz Edited August 18, 2007 by tdcemanuel

Guest tdcemanuel Posted August 18, 2007 Report Posted August 18, 2007 is there any downsides to overlocking?
Guest mikeeey Posted August 19, 2007 Report Posted August 19, 2007 is there any downsides to overlocking? no, it wont harm you device. if you overclock it too high your device will just turn off (or freeze and hten turn off) and then you turn it back on. obviousy this means youve overclocked too high. overclocking to 252mhz is a safe speed to overclock too. some devices can get up to 264mhz but others have problems at 264mhz (not bad problems, just freezing sometimes).

Nah. It harms your device pretty badly, I believe/know. If you overclock into K98 mode, then it should preserve the SIM card so you can use it at a better time, such as talking on the cell phone. It's up to you, though. It's your decision if the juice is worth the pain in the ass squeeze.
Guest Stealyourface Posted August 22, 2007 Report Posted August 22, 2007 you could ask what this persons settings are http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGbMTE-lht0 seems like it runs pretty smooth
Guest dmintz85 Posted August 22, 2007 Report Posted August 22, 2007 I installed one of the versions of Picodrive and it doesn't fit to screen. Where did you get yours at? Im dieing to play some Mortal Kombat on my phone!
Guest Gentmab Posted August 22, 2007 Report Posted August 22, 2007 well the settings I have tried, is that if you turn off shadow and highlight and use fast render on most games it will just keep the speed up but some games it will freeze so you just have to watch the game
