I tryed to access Admin Menu with *#1546792*# and the device responses Error

then I searched the file adminsettings.exe in \Windows folder end I didn't found it.

My devicesce is Spanish Vodafone

and the software version is: i600BUFL4

does anyone what happens and how can I access to Device Administrator Menu.

The admin menu code does not work with the Vodafone firmware. You should upgrade your phone to the generic firmware such as XXGD1 for this to work.
