Rom, Ram and Storage

Can anybody tell me which part of the memory constitute the Rom, Ram and Storage ?

1. Where can I find the ROm in the File Explorer (I'm using Total Commander)

2. Is Ram = the storage to store running program codes ?

I have a \Storage folder. Is this part of Storage ? What about those folder that are higher than the Storage folder (eg Application Data, Document and Settings, MAPI, Windows) ? If all these are part of Storage, than what is the purpose of the \Storage folder ?

I have a \Windows folder. Why is there also \Storage\Windows which does not seem to serve any purpose ? Same question for \Program Files and \My Documents ?
