Tmobile SDA wont turn on after ROM upgrade

Well the topic title speaks for itself. I unlocked my SDA using the Regedit and SPV Services tools. Then i loaded a Tmobile SDA ROM from the UK "TE_TMOUK_101584_13145_0160_Ship" and it installed successfully. But now it wont boot. It seems that none of the buttons work. It wont even let me charge the phone. The orange light doesn't even turn on when i try to charge it. Do i have a bricked phone.
