Guest marcel_brakels Posted August 27, 2007 Report Posted August 27, 2007 Hello, Any PC isn't recognising my SPV C500 anymore. The pc gives a warning that the "USB isn't recognise" (in Dutch) But there was not a problem before. I can't use my SPV in the windows explorer for trading pictures etc. Is it possible that there is something deleted on my phone?? Some software or something? Can anyone help me with this please???
Guest Posted August 29, 2007 Report Posted August 29, 2007 Did something change on your PC? new software? re-install? Do you have Active Sync installed on the PC
Guest marcel_brakels Posted August 31, 2007 Report Posted August 31, 2007 It is the problem from the phone, because the trouble comes on every pc that I try. And it was before never a problem on any pc. I have Active sync on my pc.
Guest Posted August 31, 2007 Report Posted August 31, 2007 Has the USB socket on the phone been damaged at all? If not could it be the USB cable? As a last resort you could try hard resetting your phone. All data will be lost but your phones will return to its as new state, that would rule out any software issues.
Guest marcel_brakels Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 It is not the cable. Hard reset. Can I copy all from the SD card en than after the reset place it back. Or wil it bring some problems with it?

You can copy files from the phone's memory to the SD card (eg music, pics etc) but things like email, settings, etc will be lost. let me know if you need more info gr
