Guest e-v@n Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 Your phone probably doesn't support SDHC.
Guest scooterdog Posted April 1, 2008 Report Posted April 1, 2008 Your phone probably doesn't support SDHC. That is, the HTC Excalibur running WM5 or WM6 doesn't support SDHC. I ended up upgrading to an unofficial 6.1 version (with a lot of additional functionality) that supports SDHC. Of course, had to also upgrade the firmware on my card reader (on a Dell Dimension E510 from last year) to write to the card as well from the desktop, but now everything is working great. You may or may not want to give one of the unofficial 6.1 flavors a shot, if using the 4GB SDHC is worth it to you - it was for me.

Guest awarner (MVP) Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 ANSWER!!!! NOW!!!!! Shouting is not a polite way to ask, no wonder it took time for somone to reply. SDHC compatability is down to the manufacture to support and not the OS. With some cooked ROMs developers have included a patch themselves.
