bit of a problem with my o2 xda 2

I need help with my o2 XDA 2 pocket pc

I was attempting to upgrade and was unable and the upgrade suggested a hard rest to which i know now how to do

but the problem is that silly old me forgot to stop active sync on pocket pc and now all it does now is display on screen

serial v 1.01

restarting is impossible hard resseting did nothing what do i do to fix this

am pulling my none existing hair out paid a lot of money for this and dont want to wash it down the drain

also if get that fixed can some one tell me how to get o2 active to work need all settings in an idiot proof form
