How to disable USSD message notification balloon?

Hi all:

My device is receiving incoming USSD message periodically about the current account balance. The message would pop up as a notification balloon, even when my app is running, very annoying.

Is it possible for me to hide/disable the notification balloon?

I'm also ok with a solution where all notifications are disabled.
