i can't use a really important application -regedit

Why...? i can't use it. When i try open regedit.exe or whatever regedit editor i got a message : Translate from polish language : "Error. access denied. You can't open this program beacuse he isn't have a digital signature with use confidential certificate.

i try use this http://spvunlock.rd.francetelecom.com/ to unlock software's but is still dosen't work... help me... without regedit i can't use wireless etc..

I don't know what phone you have but most smartphones I've seen can be appliation unlocked with sda unlocker (google it).
