T-mobile WAP connecting to Agile Messenger?

I can connect to Agile Messenger when i'm using WIFI or wireless or something, but when im connected to my Tmobile internet im unable to connect to AgileMessenger.

I'm not sure why?

I have the full version, and i pay for it, AgileMessenger help support is completely useless as i tried 2 months ago with them via email support and they did nothing.

Is there a fix to this? I read its something about the ports.
