Guest onlyconnect Posted September 2, 2007 Report Posted September 2, 2007 This is really odd. I have an i600 upgraded to WM 6.0. I had it set up with an IMAP account, and also ActiveSync to an Exchange server. On Wednesday last week the IMAP account disappeared. No error, no evidence that it was ever there. Just no longer listed in Messaging, and all the messages zapped. Today the Mobile Outlook account joined it in the black hole. All I have there now is SMS/MMS. Anyone else had accounts auto-deleting themselves? Tim

I thought that maybe me messing around to get mms to work had to do with it, but if there are others experiencing the same, maybe it's a bug. Since Windows Update on the phone does'nt work, it's difficult to say if Microsoft have released any bugfix...
Guest onlyconnect Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 I have experienced the same problem. Are you on WM6 as well? Perhaps this is a reason not to upgrade? Tim
Guest Marco FCP Posted September 6, 2007 Report Posted September 6, 2007 The same happend to me last week. I have installed WM6 one month ago and this happened to me only once. Anybody knows the cause of it and how to prevent it??
