TCPMP Video Problems...

I'm trying to play an AVI episode on TCPMP. I have the AVI Codec, but am still having problems. The sound is fine, but the video keeps freezing and jumping. I've tried adjusting the buffertime, with no success, and I cant find a DivX codec (if one exists). Anyone have any Ideas? here are the video specs:
