Guest The Doctor Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 Hey all, is it possible to change the text color inside the start menu? Like the text for messaging, get applications, settings, along with text colors for alerts, notifications and etc? Thanks Yep, perfectly possible for the start menu, you just need to set the following reg value: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Color "39" = dword:FFFFFF Then kill the appman.exe process and relaunch the start menu, annoyingly though, everytime you change the homescreen, it resets the font colour back to black ;) I'll get back to you when I work out the rest of them  I'm also currently working on my own black theme: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=322299 Screenshots: Phil [EDIT: BTW are you setting the BaseHue value as 160 in your theme?]
Guest Armin99 Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 Dear god, THANK YOU! Now to figure out how to change the text color for the other windows, like info box, alers and so on.
