How to get back my O2 rom

Hy guys!

I need some help, i tried lot of wm5 and wm6 roms, but i have to brings my o2 da neo to the servise and i have to uptate the original rom. i cant downrage from wm6 back, it write out that problem with .nfb file or it stops with error at 95%.

Itried with RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe but i cant update with my original rom (o2 Xda neo: Version 215447 2154140 021921)

Please help me!
