Crazy free windows hosting

While looking for free hosting yesterday I came across this deal:

It seems to offer 3 different packages varying from 3.5TB transfer per month and 350GB storage up to 7.5TB transfer per month and 750GB storage, all free for a year!

I signed up and they even called me today from the US to confirm the details, seems pretty awesome. Windows hosting is generally hard to find too!

Am I missing something or is this a cracking deal?

Even their Year 2 pricing is ... if not cheap then very reasonable.
