HTC P3600i or HTC TyTN II (Kaiser)

hi guys, need some help between these 2 phones. Should i just get the p3600i or should i wait for the TyTN II to be release in my country (asia) ?? Thanks!

How important is a keyboard to you? Or a decent camera?

camera isnt much of a issue as i hardly uses em. As for the keyboard not really a issue..but with a keyboard will be sweet though..

Is there really a huge difference between the performance of both phones? Thanks for the fast reply.. ;)

In terms of performance, I think the P3600i has a faster processor, however the Kaiser still has a very good processor and twice as much RAM (if PDADB is correct), so it's a bit mix and match. In terms of the ROM both are 256mb. The Kaiser has a better camera though, and also as Paul mentioned a keyboard and is only 1mm thicker.

I'd go for Kaiser ;)

are you serious? the kaiser has that fast Qualcomm chip, it scores extremely close to the Dell Axim X51v. are you sure the P3600i is faster?

The Kaiser generally dominates in everything except ROM/file system speed. So, MHz isn't everything.

AFAIK the Kaiser's solution is some kind of dual core so even with lower frequencies might beat P3600i.

The only big difference is in video performance( but trinity was doing fine with video before it's upgrade so ... )

P3600i is also a lot snappier/responsive as I read in reviews.

I will definitely go for P3600i as I like it's shape much better and I need no qwerty and I hate heavy phones.

So P3600i pro/cons:

+ fast UI due to 500 proc

+ everything that was in P3600

- 2 MP camera

Kaiser pro/cons:

+ the cpu is one step ahead the Samsung (faster even at 400Mhz)

+ improved video performance

+ QWERTY for those who need it

- heavy

It's still madness I want to buy P3600i and I'm stuck in Europe , and you are in Asia and you want a Kaiser. This is just st*pid.

PS. Paul I PM'd you a few time maybe you never got it. Can you pleaaaaase find out from HTC (using some inside source ;) ) whether P3600i will ever come to Europe?
