I'm trying to setup my new HTC S710 to send and receive MMS (Pxt) messages on the Vodafone NZ network.

Does anyone have any idea how to set this up? Step by step guide would be awesome...

I go these settings of their website...

The PXT settings can usually be found under Message Settings - MMS setting. You also need to send a message before you can receive one.

- APN live.vodafone.com

- MMS server address http://pxt.vodafone.net.nz/pxtsend

- Connection mode Connection orientated / permanent / continuous connection

- GPRS ID username

- GPRS ID password

- MMS automatic download On (Automatically downloads full MMS)

- PPP automatic download PAP (default)

- Proxy authentication password

- Proxy authentication username

- Proxy login typeAutomatic (default)

- Security Off

- WAP gateway IP address 172.030.038.003

I'd also appreciate any help on setting up the GPRS connection?

How can I be extra sure that my email won't run off and download via GPRS when I don't want it to? My POP3 Email is setup to download via the "internet" connection which is what my WiFi is assigned to.

Should I just setup the GPRS connection as a "work" connection? Not implying that I know how to setup GPRS either...

Any thoughts?
