Incoming/Outgoing call software

Hi,

I've heard of some phones that have the ability to add backround noise during a call...e.g. your boss calls and you want him to hear backround noise of a cinema/football game etc...

I was also after an application which can take/manage voicemails from within the phone and not through the provider.

Does anyone know of any software for the SPV E650 that can do these things or point me towards the right direction ?
