Question about profiles in windows smp 2003 se

i have a mpx220 with wmp 2003 se

in the automatic setting for profiles (normal, meeting, silent, etc), it says it changes to meeting when there's an appt on the calender. i sync my phone w/ outlook. sometimes i make appts that say i'm free instead of busy. like going to a concert, i say i have a concert from 6-10pm, but i'm still free during that time.

when i sync that with my phone, my profile changes to meeting. but it says it only changes to meeting if the calender shows i'm busy. but the appt on my calender says i'm free...
