SPV on Telstra

Hi,

Does anyone have an SPV on Telstra (if Telstra is in the UK, I don't know)?

If someone does, could you tell me whether or not you get a link in your programs menu to Pocket News when and only when the Telstra sim card is in your phone. I tried my SPV with an Optus sim card and the link was gone.
