Cant seem to unlock my E650

I have already unlocked my c600 some time back, tried all the same stuff plus tried finding new post and I don't seem to get anywhere with it, has anyone done the unlock on the e650 and how. Please advice

It doesn't seem to work for me either, so if anyone has a solutie would be greatly apreciated.
