Problem with choosing: HTC TyTN II vs HTC 'Polaris' vs HP Ipaq 600

Hi folks,

I don't know anymore what to choose... ;)

The devices looked at some points to each other.

The Intel XScale PXA2700 cpu is a familiar processor what is used in other devices of HP. Is it an old cpu or is it a very good cpu? This cpu compared with the Qualcomm MSM7200?

Gives a keyboard more value to the device? At this moment I use a Qtek S200.

Are HP's goed to tweak/customize?

Did I read it good? Extended Rom's is that typical something of HTC?

Can you help me to make a choice? Help me brainstorming to make a good choice! :wub:
