m3100 (Hermes) WM6 / Radio improvements

I have a m3100 which I had previosly never upgraded from the original WM5 and radio.

Yesterday I upgraded (using the Mr. Vanx guide) to Black Satin WM6 and the Radio to 1.41.

Whereas I used to only get (on orange) "G" for GPRS I now get an "E" for EDGE whilst at home. At work I now get the "H" for HSPDA instead of the "3".

Are these real improvements or was it that WM5 didnt tell you that you were on EDGE or HSPDA?

All in all WM6 seems much better, especially sharing data via bluetooth with a Mac on OS X (Bluetooth networks).
